You will need..
1 medium size salmon fillet, cut in 3 portions
3 garlic cloves
2 tbs. of fresh Sage
1 tbs. of fresh Rosemary
1 tsp. of Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 tsp of black pepper
1/2 tsp of Kosher Salt..or Regular Salt will do
In my gift bank that I have with Daniel, I am still owed my mothers day gift which is a food processor, so if you are lucky enough to have one, blend the ingredients together, minus the Olive Oil & Salmon. If you do not have one, do as I did, chop everything and mix together.
Pour a bit of Olive Oil on each filet, and rub it uhmm hmm, then top it with the herb mixture, and rub that in.
Heat your skillet, spray a bit of cooking spray, and grill away, I grilled about 6-7 minutes per side
..and there you have it, thee best salmon. I made a side of sauteed brocolli with sesame seed oil and asian chili garlic sauce.
